[Closed] Le' Sica Bakery & Cafe, Bali

Today I visited another cafe in Denpasar called Le' Sica. It is located on Jl. Teuku Umar (next to Bali Djaya Supermarket), a street with a lot eateries offering all types of cuisine. The place might not look attractive from outside, but the inside was lovely. It shares similar concept of Parisian-style tea room with Angelita, except that Le' Sica uses brighter and bolder colors instead of pastel.

They have these florally round tables with power point attached, how cool! However, the leg room was kinda narrow, so having skinny posture was definitely an advantage for me here (oops I don't mean to brag).

Iced Lemon Tea
This drink was simply presented. They put in too much liquid sugar and it turned out too sweet to me.

Teriyaki Rice Bowl - IDR25,000 (small size)
This consists of breaded chicken fillets, paprika, onion and ginger. The small portion was enough for me. The chicken slices were generous and the seasoning was not bad. A decent one.

Red Velvet Cake
They got a wide range of cake selection on the display, including Pikachu and Pokeball-shaped cakes (pretty much a failed copy of Angelita's, sorry to say). There were also macarons and the trending soil cake - I got lost in confusion! In the end, I settled for red velvet cake. Unfortunately, the red velvet did not impress. The texture was not moist enough and the cream cheese tasted more like normal buttercream. The cake felt like it had been on the display for a whole night or two.

I like the ambiance at Le' Sica, but not so much of their food. I mean they got the potential, and they certainly could do much better! Nevertheless, the central location gives them a plus point - the place could be easily located as it stands on the busy main road.
