[Closed] Little Hiro, Singapore

Hawaiian cuisine in Singapore? Wow, that is rare to find I guess. Little Hiro is a casual eatery serving Hawaiian-Japanese food, located along Bukit Timah Road. It is reachable within walking distance from Botanic Gardens MRT. Self-service system is implemented here - you are required to order at the counter and pick up when your order number is displayed. One signature dish to try here is the ramen burger, with ramen replacing the usual burger bun.

SPAM Fries! & Curry Mayo - $4.80
It was a great side dish to share. The spam was thickly-cut and juicy. It went well with the curry mayo, although I could not really detect any curry taste.

BBQ Bacon Bleu Ramen Burger - $12.20
My friend ordered normal burger instead of their famous ramen burger coz he was scared burger with ramen bun would taste weird haha. This burger turned out to be mediocre though.

BBQ Grilled Chicken XXL - $7.90
I topped up $3.50 to make it a set meal with fries and soda. The chicken was not fantastic in term of taste but it was big in size. The fries was loaded with MSG (they put plenty of seasoning powder) but I like it haha. The Cuban corn tasted sweet with a touch of MSG (again lol). However, the corn was hard to eat using plastic cutleries (they only provided plastic cutleries at that moment).

The food is pretty okay and worth the price. The atmosphere was kinda noisy as many students from nearby school flocked into this place (I did not know there were quite a number of schools around the area lol). Special set meals for students are available here too!
