Posisi Coffee, Sidoarjo

If you are a Surabayan, Posisi Coffee may be located quite far-flung as it belongs to Sidoarjo area. However, it is actually quite accessible since the location is close to Terminal 2 Juanda International Airport (the main road leading to T2). Don't get confused in finding the place - it is located on the second floor of Bebek Goreng H. Slamet restaurant. Ask the staff and they will show you the way.

The fact that Juanda Airport is located just within close proximity is what differentiates this cafe from others. It gives you a view of grass field and for sure, you get to see airplanes taking off and landing above you as you dine alfresco.

Kopi Susu - IDR23,000

The coffee was not bad; it was lightly sweetened and not acid. Though it did not have much character, it was still satisfying.

Dawet Espresso - IDR25,000

Tasted almost identical to es kopi susu with the addition of cendol.

Nachos - IDR35,000

I was right, they used packet tortilla chips then mixed it with nacho sauce. The chips were soggy but the sauce was okay. Yea, never in my life I complain about bad nachos.

Beef Burger - IDR35,000

Nothing outstanding here except for the beef patty which was quite juicy and tasty.

Overall, Posisi Coffee offers decent food and drink with one-of-a-kind view of landing and take-off airplanes. I was hoping the cafe was less quiet so I could appreciate the view in a more relaxed environment haha.
