So Fashion Cafe, Jakarta

Calling all girls out there! Now you can immerse yourself in the shades of pink at So Fashion Cafe in Mall Taman Anggrek. So Fashion Cafe is a heaven for all the pink-loving girls. It stands out for its eye-catching pink interior, which got me feeling like I was in a Korean cafe (think Stylenanda or Zapangi) with its pastel pink furnishings, pink dolls, neon signage, and even the now-famous pink vending machine wall decor.

Even the cutlery bucket looks nice too

The food sold here is mostly Korean food and dessert. They are pretty pricey but actually still okay for Jakarta standard. For the drinks, you can expect them to come with cotton candy, on a flamingo floatie, or in a pink cup.

Pearl of the Orient Tea - IDR35,000
Doesn't the teapot look cute? Pearl of the Orient is a blend of jasmine green tea leaves and rose flower petals, which creates a subtle floral and earthy notes.

Hot Coffee Latte - IDR36,000
This gotta be the cutest paper cup I have ever seen. I even took the cup home coz it was just too pretty lol. Tbh I did not expect much from their coffee but it turned out quite well-made.

Korea Hot Pot - IDR55,000
Feeling like eating something warm, my friend ordered the Korea Hot Pot, which contained kimchi soup, fish cake, rice cake, veggie, cheese, and sausage. It tasted bland like it was anyhow cooked, she said.

Overall, we enjoyed the girly ambiance that So Fashion Cafe got to offer, which made up for the mediocre food. The staffs were friendly and prompt though, no complain. If you love pink (and not food demanding), this cafe is worth a trip for photo opportunities in store.
