Latterre Cafe, Surabaya

Latterre Cafe is a newly-opened cafe on Jl. MH Thamrin, located not far from Volks Coffee. Recently, the list of cafes in Dr. Sutomo area has become pretty hefty haha. The central location indeed makes it a hot spot for new openings.

Going inside, you would agree with me that this place is an aesthetic's dream. The indoor area looks cozy and clean, while the outdoor area is spacious and full of greeneries. There is also a 'rooftop' area, where you would definitely be able to capture some good pics for the 'Gram there.

Iced Lychee Tea - IDR30,000

Refreshing but pricey iced tea hahaha.

Iced Cafe Latte - IDR35,000

First up, I definitely had to try their coffee. I felt that their coffee was smooth with mellow acidity. It was such a mid-day comfort.

Fluffy Cafe Latte - IDR35,000

It's that drink at the back, which was creamier than normal iced latte. It tasted pretty much the same though.

Banana Bread - IDR25,000

The banana bread won my heart with its dense texture and immense banana flavor. The sweetness level was also just right. It was undoubtedly one of the best banana breads I'd had so far.

If you are on the hunt for a proper place for good conversations, Latterre is a strong candidate. Its laid-back ambience and clean aesthetic completely won me over. Good vibes and good feed guaranteed!
