Located in Plaza Graha Family, The Seafood Tower is the first restaurant in Surabaya that brings the concept of Korean-style towered seafood. The place is cozy, which is suitable for gathering with family or friends. The staffs are always ready to attend your needs and requests.

The fruit punch came in a huge carafe. It was refreshing to drink, although the sweetness tasted too artificial.

5 Tiers Seafood Tower Set - IDR599,000
The 5-tier set consists of mixed clams, steamed live prawns, half shelled scallops, prime beef, steamed flower crabs and original soup. It took around 20 minutes for the seafood tower to arrive. There is an induction stove on every table to heat the soup base placed in the very bottom of the tower. You can eat the steamed seafood by dipping it in the sauces. Once you finished a tier, the staff will take out the empty steamer and you can proceed to the next tier. Being a first-timer, we asked the staff to distribute the food to our plates tower by tower. It saved us so much hassle!

The scallops, prawns and crabs were all fresh and perfectly cooked. The prawns were decent and they had a nice crunch. They all went well with any condiment too.
On this plate, there are scallops with glass noodle and garlic, steamed shells, beef and crab. The glass noodle absorbed the scallop's natural flavor with enhancement of garlic. Meanwhile, the beef was so tender and savory. Yum!
