Rocku Yakiniku, Singapore

Rocku Yakiniku is a restaurant serving Japanese yakiniku in a casual, modern atmosphere. When my friend and I passed by the restaurant, we saw that they had a promotion for the buffet lunch. We were also super hungry that time, so we thought having buffet lunch there would be a great idea. The restaurant is equipped with good exhausting system, so you don't have to be afraid of smelling like BBQ when leaving the place.

The buffet price include a selection of meat (beef, pork, chicken), seafood (mussels, salmon, prawn), vegetables (mushrooms, onion), and side dishes (white rice, egg fried rice, miso soup). Drink is not included and you have to pay extra amount of money. Additionally, you can also top-up $10.90 per person to get premium selection of meat like Wagyu beef, Iberico pork and Kurobuta ribs.

The fire was very strong because they used charcoal, not cooking pan like some KBBQ places. We burnt some food in the beginning, but after a while it got better as we had been used to it already.

I think the buffet is quite worth it given the wide variety of meat offered. The meats are all fresh and high quality. I guarantee you will leave this place with full, happy stomach. Do take note that for the buffet, we get a limited time of 100 minutes per session.
